Drink More Water and Exercise
Most of us know that in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we need to drink water and exercise. The problem is that many of us don’t prioritize these two things as much as we should. In this article, I’m going to talk about the importance of drinking more water and exercising for your health. Exercise can help you lose weight or maintain a healthier weight, while also decreasing your risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and other chronic conditions. It has also been shown to lessen stress levels and improve sleep quality! Drinking water helps reduce hunger cravings which will help you eat less unhealthy foods like chips or French fries! So next time you are feeling sluggish or craving something salty – reach for the H2O and get your blood flowing! Exercise: One of the best things you can do for yourself is to work out. It’s not just about looking good, but it will also help you live a longer life. Exercise has been proven to decrease risk factors from chronic diseases like high blood pressure or diabetes. If that wasn’t enough evidence as to why we should exercise more often, then maybe this statistic will convince you – people who exercise are less likely to suffer from depression than those who don’t workout at all !!! This means not only will physical activity make you feel better mentally, but it may also be able to improve symptoms of anxiety or depression in some individuals !!!! Who wouldn’t want an extra mental boost? So how much exercise do you need? It’s different for everyone, but the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention recommend at least 150 minutes per week.
Drinking water: Drinking lots of H20 is not only important to our physical health, but it also helps keep us mentally healthy! One way water can improve your mental health is by helping reduce hunger cravings !!! This means that when we drink enough water throughout the day – say about 16-32 ounces – then we are less likely to eat as many french fries or chips because those urges will be reduced (at least a little). Water may even help fight depression by reducing stress levels and improving sleep quality !
